Over a Century of Warm Welcomes
The house served as a Hinson Family residence for two generations, then it was occupied by a second family for about 10 years.The home evolved in to a Boutique Mall featuring both a Hair Styling Salon and Ceramic Shop until 1995.Located in Marianna, the house was completely renovated in 1996 and is now serving as the premier Bed & Breakfast in this area of Florida.

The Hinson House was originally occupied as a family home in 1922.
Over the years The Hinson House evolved into a Boutique Mall featuring both a Hair Styling Salon and a Ceramic shop. In 1996 renovations started which transformed the house into a Bed & Breakfast.
2006 brought an ownership change to The Hinson House. ​​
In 2020 The Hinson House once again saw a change of ownership and management. Renovations to The Hinson House include make overs in all suites, with additions of antique’s and other fine furnishings.
