Over a Century of Warm Welcomes
The house served as a Hinson Family residence for two generations, then it was occupied by a second family for about 10 years.The home evolved in to a Boutique Mall featuring both a Hair Styling Salon and Ceramic Shop until 1995.Located in Marianna, the house was completely renovated in 1996 and is now serving as the premier Bed & Breakfast in this area of Florida.
The Hinson House was originally occupied as a family home in 1922.
Over the years The Hinson House evolved into a Boutique Mall featuring both a Hair Styling Salon and a Ceramic shop. In 1996 renovations started which transformed the house into a Bed & Breakfast.
2006 brought an ownership change to The Hinson House.
In 2020 The Hinson House once again saw a change of ownership and management. Renovations to The Hinson House include make overs in all suites, with additions of antique’s and other fine furnishings.

The Hinson House is cared for by a small, dedicated team who believe true hospitality is found in the details. With a shared love for the home and its history, we take pride in welcoming guests with warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine sense of ease.
The Rileys
Founding Owners
Judy & Sid Riley are the visionaries who made this Bed & Breakfast into a reality. Long-time Marianna residents and married for 55 years. They owned & operated The Hinson House from 1996-2016.
The Bairds
Current Owners
Olivia & Keith Baird are the proud new owners of The Hinson House as of 2020. Both Keith and Olivia retired from the U.S. Air Force and both went on to second careers. Staying in Bed and Breakfasts around the world, they knew a great opportunity when it presented itself in 2020, and are now fully engaged in their third career, working to provide a great experience for all of their guests!
